All on 4® is an option for people who have lost most or all of their teeth and are looking for replacements.

High Success Rate

This technique allows permanent replacements to be attached to implants anchored in the jawbone. The four implants mimic the roots of missing teeth to keep the new teeth strong and still. The implants are made out of titanium, which has the ability to fuse with bone, and are placed at an angle for maximum contact with the jawbone. Both of these practices are why these prosthetic teeth stay strongly anchored. The surgery is also very reliable, showing about a 98% success rate.

Who is a Good Candidate?

The best candidates for this procedure are either currently wearing dentures, or will need to sometime in the future. While people in these situations could chose to do nothing, All-on-4 will significantly benefit them. Choosing to do nothing can be painful, as well as embarrassing. A lack of teeth, and therefore roots, can cause your jaw to deteriorate, causing an older-seeming facial structure.

Advantages of All-On-4

All-on-4 is one of the most reliable and developed options out there, with plenty of benefits you won’t get with regular dentures.

These teeth are permanent, don’t need adhesives, and can be cleaned just like real teeth with basic hygiene like brushing and flossing. They also are better options than traditional implants. All-on-4 only requires four implants per arch, compared to the 6 or more often required by other operations. This procedure doesn’t require bone grafting either, saving significant discomfort for the patient.

Another advantage this operation has is it can drastically improve your appearance. Not only are the new teeth very lifelike, but the implants will prevent your jawbone from wearing down, as it often does with missing teeth. This way, your facial structure will look stronger, and make you look younger.

Same Day Implants

One of the biggest benefits of this surgery is that it lets you get new teeth the same day. Your dentist will attach prosthetic teeth right after the implants are placed, . For 6 to 8 months following surgery, you will have temporary replacements to give your mouth time to heal. After you have fully healed, the dentist will remove your temporary teeth and attach your permanent set.

Cost Effective Treatment

Not only does it have a quick healing time and high success rates, but All-on-4 is also one of the most cost-effective operations out there. One reason for this is that it does not require bone grafting, which often increases time, money, and discomfort. The need for only 4 implants instead of 6+ also knocks money off of your bill.

It can also save a lot of money in the long run by improving oral health as a whole. The implants help keep away periodontal disease, which has been linked to countless other diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and diabetes, as well as heart attacks and strokes. By getting implants, you will significantly lower your risk for these.

All-on-4 is one of the best options for people looking for long-term solutions to missing teeth, beating out traditional implants and dentures in cost, comfort, and reliability. It will give you permanent teeth that look, feel, and function just like real teeth, and for a better price than any other option.

are there any programs to assist with the cost of all in 4? I have had the ccx worst experience with dentists and now 3 oral surgeries later 5 dental implants that were never fully done and 2 lost crowns. I am desperate for a dentist that can help me. I am so afraid of going there the smell of the dental office makes me pass out. the anxiety about going there is horrible. I’ve had so much dental pain n work done I’m embarrassed to say how much considering I have approx. 12 teeth left all together.
